Air Alert is not that bad

by Seth
(Missouri)

I do not agree with this information. The first time I used Air Alert I gained 4 inches in 4 weeks. I agree with this review on the amount of reps, which tends to get very time consuming when you get beyond week 8. This program works if you stick to it...

Editors Response:

Thanks for the feedback Seth. I am glad to hear you got some decent gains. In the short term we don't doubt using Air Alert could and would help people. Our concerns about this program relate more on the longer term use. Those many, many reps add up and can b very taxing on your body.

Also doing so many lower intensity reps is not an optimal way to train if you just want to jump high once for a rebound or a shot. It is the equivalent to going for a long run to improve your sprint times.

Why were you happy with 4 inches when it promised 8?

Update on Air Alert
by: Anonymous

I did Air Alert up until week five and had to stop because it injured my back.I did see results before that, though.
I decided to do it the way they say to on this website( do half the number of jumps and only do it twice a week) and I have had good results from that.
I can't recommend Air Alert the way it is sold, but if you already have it you might as well try it that way and see what happens.
