Air Alert Scam

by Scott
(Colorado Springs)

I found the air alert program to work well for about two weeks, but after that I gained nothing more. The program lacks diversification, and the sheer volume of reps is insanity. The workout becomes extremely difficult and yields little to no results towards the end of the program, because it trains jump endurance rather than jump explosion. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you want the results from the first two weeks, if anything, just to establish a good base for doing real jump training, then go ahead and just do squat jumps, calf raises, one leg step up jumps, and jump roping for two weeks. The program will only work for the inexperienced jump trainee, and is not one that I would ever recommend to anyone under almost any circumstance.
