Avoid TVP. It is Rubbish

I personally have not tried the vertical project but have read luke lowry's free master class and some of his other stuff that is up on the internet right now.

First I would like to say that the whole program and the ideas behind it are bs. this is obvious by just looking at the package which says "double your vertical leap."

luke lowry says that he has trained NINE atheletes in his career to fifty inch verticals(which he never mentions their names or gives u any info about them) which means that for the system to actually double your vertical you must start out with a vertical well below 25 inches to even have a chance.

second, I believe Luke has made deals with other training/nutrition companies to promote their products and in turn get paid.

I suscribed to him to obtain his free master class and I often get emails from him telling me to check out other products that contradict his training principles entirely.

EDITORS NOTE: This point is spot on. He is clearly using his email list as an affiliate marketing tool.

Third, Luke is big on improving your nerve firing which is basically another term for your your coordination.

You can only improve your vertical so much by his principles and possibly none at all if you are already very coordinated and follow a good lifting program.

The Vertical Project--a waste of time
by: M.L.

I made the mistake of purchasing Luke's original vertical project and his masters class. I know no one worked harder at completing his instructions than I did. The only thing I accomplished was to lose about 10lbs. My vertical didn't improve anymore than one inch. His instructions are a little confusing and somewhat contradictory. Most importantly, he uses his e-mail lists to sell products that don't work. I continue to get e-mails promoting his next best product. I tried to get my money back, like he advertises after the second (masters class) purchase, and never heard back from his company or him. Don't waste your money like I did. Stick to the basics (squats, deadlifts, and speed and power training with Olympic lifting, running, etc.).

Believe me, TVP is bull
by: Anonymous

Not only will you find products he tells you to check out which are not his own contradict his principles, you will also find many of the 'bonuses'(Programs, articles, "secret reports" besides the 3 main TVP modules) contradict the principles he preaches so heavily in his emails. In fact the actual tvp program schedule itself makes a mockery of the 'less is better' school of thought he has preached in previous emails.
