I used it back in jr. high, 9th grade i think. I was really excited to use the program and in the begining it seemed to help and i felt stronger.

You start with a lower amount of reps and I think it was helpful because my body got used to jumping. Very quickly the results plateau'd and the program became very exhausting. The high number of reps made me lose my intensity and confidence in the program. I don't recommend this program at all.

I recently bought the jump bible and i highly recommend that. It is a good read that gets to the point farely quickly. The Information is very logical and has been working for me thus far(3 weeks).
