Biggest waste of time

I did Air alert for 2 weeks the first time.And i injured my toes, took six mounths off and did it again for 13 weeks.My starting vertical was 20 when i finished the program it was 19.The workouts were intense and got in the way of actual basketball. It was pretty much a waste of time.

VerticalJumping.com Response: Vincent your experiences are similar to what many people have said about this program. There are just way too many jumps per workout for it to be based on anything resembling sound athletic development principles.
