Can You Help With My Technical Problem

Ok, here is an unusual request. One of my customers is having trouble with his copy of Vertical Mastery. The issue is that not all of the input boxes are appearing for him to enter his pre-test results into (see image below).

This has happened before with some customers and previously the solution has been to adjust the DPI settings of the screen however this customer is using a relatively new laptop so it shouldn't be an issue (although don't rule it out if you think this is actually still the solutuion).

Anyway, if any of you guys know your way around a computer (or know someone who does) feel free to enter a comment below with your techical advice.

1) video card used.
2) Laptop model
3) resolution and depth used, try changing it and ...

The DPI still could be an issue because the manufacture has set it funny so try changing it as well.

Try asking your customer to use the same Type and version of Internet browser as you are using, IE7+, firefox3+ etc. It may be a css bug or incompatability....
