Freak Gains

I started using the VJB one year ago.I had a poor vertical jump of 21 inches :(
I started by using the beginner plyos workout with the body weight strength training and after four months i increased my vertical to 34 inches!!!
I took a month of and then I started the intermediate plyos with the novice weight training to increase my vert another 4 inches in two months!!!then I changed novice weight training to intermediate and I ended up after another two months in a vertical of 43 inches!!!Now I am going to work on my game and wait till September when the championship starts to show off my skills!!!
Thanks to Kelly Baggett for his great program. He made a part of my dream come true!!!
