headaches associated with air alert

by David
(Los Angeles)

A friend and I have been using Air Alert. This was our first week. However, the same friend went a few weeks down, perhaps at around 8. During this time, the friend experienced painful headaches that resembles pounding as if he is getting concusions.

I would like to know if it is recommended that he continues to follow the program or if he should stop. Will future health conditions be a problem for him later on.

VerticalJumping.com Response: I have heard users complain of Air Alert causing all sorts of overuse related injuries but never headaches. Was he drinking enough water? If it is causing headaches routinely then definitely stop.
