I Tried AA and it works but really hurts your knees!!!

by Ken

After a long use of AA it put a strain on my knees. My knees hurt when I am not even doing any sports activities. I realized that some of the AA workouts put a lot of strain on your knees so I had to stop even though I saw some gains in my vertical jump.

Now I lost the explosive jump that I had because of my knee injury due to AA. Since I have read up on verticaljumping.com I have created my own jump program with the knowledge I have gained.

The first time I used my new program I noticed during my work outs my knees didn't hurt at all even after the work out. I just want to say thanks!!! to verticaljumping.com, hopefully I will be dunking again real soon!!!

VerticalJumping.com Response: Ken I am glad you have seen the light and are back on the right track. Also delighted to hear that the free information we have provided has been able to help you out. there is plenty more still to come.
