Issue

Not absolutely sure, but I think it depends on the program which was used to make/run vertical mastery and if it is compatible with the version of windows which the user has.

For example, if the program was made to run on a windows vista or xp machine, it may not run correctly on a windows 7 operating system.

VerticalJumping.com Response: I am not sure this is it. I originally installed Vertical Mastery on a Vista machne, then I upgraded to Windows 7 and it still worked fine. I have a few customers I know of who have also upgraded to Windows 7 and had no trouble as well. I will find out what system it is being run on though.
