It works, but be careful

I did this program for the first time when I was in grade 9 (14 years old), and it did work - I completed all the exercises on either wooden floor (with shock absorption), or on carpet, and I can say that it did work. I gained about 6 inches of vertical after the entire program. However, my vertical dipped all the way through until about the 13th week.
I think the most important thing while doing these exercises is maintaining your posture and taking the appropriate time to rest between sets. Also, doing it on soft shock absorbing ground helps a lot.
If you plan to go through the program, make sure that you have the time to rest and massage your muscles, rather than rush it. Also make sure that you're doing it on shock absorbing ground (wooden gym floor with shoes is a good idea).
I have personally sprained both my knees before (from another sport) - but I'm still doing it a 2nd time at the moment, and my knees have not acted up any more than they usually do (I'm in the 11th week now). Just make sure you are not jumping into the program from a background of no physical activity.
VerticalJumping.com Response: Hi Leon, thanks for your feedback. Like almost everybody who has used this program you have achieved some results but you have also noted that you need to take extra special precautions to avoid injury.
This is the crux of the problem with this program. It is the only one that people repeatedly state that you need to take extra steps to prevent yourself from getting injured.
With this being the case why would you buy and use this program when there are so many others that you can do that won't expose you to the same degree of risk.
Really, any program that puts its users at risk like this is extremely flawed.
