Best Use For Improving Vertical Jump

Ankle Jumps are primarly used for developing reactive strength with particular emphasis on the achilles and calves. This exercise will help you get off the ground quicker with minimum knee bend. The addition of the medicine ball helps add some resistance to your jumps and takes away much of the power generated by your arms which forces your legs and core to do more of the work.
