Best Use For Improving Vertical Jump

Power skipping is one of the best single leg drills you can do. It is great for improving RFD and reactiveness as well as all the muscles used in single leg jumping. It is more specific than many other jumping drills and is therefore a must in most peoples programs. The addition of the medicine ball helps add some resistance to your jumps and takes away much of the power generated by your arms which forces your legs and core to do more of the work.
