Vertical jump

Not worth the money

I suppose if you followed this program completely all the way through you would add quite a few inches to your vertical. However, if you have a seperate life, besides solely trying to increase your vertical, this is virtually impossible to do. This is probably also why no one can get the refund. It took me over 10 hours of reading just to try to figure out what I was suppose to do.

Even after all of this I didn't know half of what I was suppose to do/couldn't do it because of not having the equipment/access to a pool/etc. This program could probably be ok if you had a lot of time and had some extra money but otherwise I would go with something cheaper

Exactly man. You would think that for $300 he would at least incude some kind of workout machine or some thing but you get nothing but paper. I found most of the stuff he says to ridiculus or impossible due to lack of resources as well.

Whose going to buy a magnetic matress or go up to a pool in the middle of the winter? Also, i found that about 90% of his material was just him rambling on about nothing. bs program.
