Best Use For Improving Vertical Jump

Power skipping is one of the best single leg drills you can do. It is great for improving RFD and reactiveness as well as all the muscles used in single leg jumping. It is more specific than many other jumping drills and is therefore a must in most peoples programs.The addition of the weight vest helps add some resistance to your jumps forcing you to work that much harder, but unlike using a medicine ball you are still able to freely swing your arms.
