Single Leg Tuck Jumps are best used for improving reactiveness. The addition of the weight vest helps add some resistance to your jumps forcing you to work that much harder, but unlike using a medicine ball you are still able to freely swing your arms.

Technique Tips

Focus on getting as high off the ground as you can, but just as importantly, doing it quickly. The more proficient you get at this drill you quicker you should be able to land, stabilize, and jump again.
