Best Use For Improving Vertical Jump

Split jumps are a fairly simple and straight forward exercise for improving reactive strength. They are a nice one to add in at the end of workouts because they are not too taxing on the joints or muscles.

Technique Tips

Focus on getting as high off the ground as you can, but just as importantly, doing it quickly. The more proficient you get at this drill you quicker you should be able to land, stabilize, and jump again.
