The program worked in the short term

Had my son on various weight training programs using olympic style lifts, plyometrics, and stretching. All programs checked and rechecked for their soundness and accuracy of the science.
All programs graded out fair to all out disappointments. Overspeed training, running down hill providing the largest speed gains. Deadlifts and calf raises doing the least. My sons bodytype, thick leg running back body but not overweight.
By far my sons largest most outrageously spectacular gains were the first two weeks following the athletic quickness bands and exercises properly. I am very skepticle of any program, especially one that is so easy and care free.
But honestly it did work, my thinking is an athlete with some strength training behind them and hitting the specific muscles that the program hits brings your whole system to an explosive state. Could be a good piece to the puzzle of speed training is all I'm saying.
Will continue using
