The vertical project did not work for me

I am 36 years old, 6' tall 210lbs Not American guy. Certainly I read all the advertising around TVP and can see clearly many tricks like authors said "I did jump 45" but donīt have any video of me cause I hurt my knee" or "Olympic winners donīt talk about me cause Iīm their best training secret".
That is why I didnīt buy it but... I have found it free from a forum and use it until week 9. It was very different about 7 sets of 2 reps but I did all (except the pool works) with my best effort every single rep and I get lots of pains especially around my hips.
I Couldnīt get more than 4inches of vertical and I canīt run fast sprints cause lots of pains. I think pool works is just for relax every 4 weeks (which is very necessary) so week 5 I try to relax my legs cause the pain and Iīm now on week 10 I decide leave it.
So I know that nobody can claim refund cause there are a very difficult (or impossible)list of things that you have to do like Hyperbaric rest or get up at 6:30 am to start jumping.
Workouts last from 1:30 hrs to 2hrs complete if you count warming up stretching and cool down, eat some nutrients before and after and the recovery plan last other 3hrs almost (between more stretching, more food, creatine or praying to saint Michael Jordan at minute 0:23 or whatever else is necessary to avoid refunds
So in summary, if the Vertical Project helped me jump 40" I would send him $300.00 or $500.00 I donīt care (I have been all my adult life trying to just dunk but I'm stick to ground).
