Tuck Jumps are another favorite. They are not only fun to do, but are also tremendous reactive strength builders. The addition of the weight vest helps add some resistance to your jumps forcing you to work that much harder, but unlike using a medicine ball you are still able to freely swing your arms.

Technique Tips
