TVP is the best

You guys are way off when you say he tries to seem like he knows his stuff. Well let me tell you. He does!
I used his program twice, first time I gained 12 inches and the second time 14 because I actually went and did everything he says and did the window plan down to the letter.
I actually bought all the supplements needed and the right materials. Mind you it was a little expensive but if you really want to stand out with your vertical its well worth the money.
I started out with a 23 inch vert so after doing his program i ended up with a 49inch. Sure I didn't double it the first time around, but I passed it on the second time. His UPN concept is unique.
You guys think its all stuff from the past and just change the words. Well you don't understand it one bit. do you even understand the maths that he uses in it? I guess not.
Next time try and fully understand a program before saying it sucks.
VerticalJumping.com Response: Shuo congratulations on achieving your fantastic vertical jump. At 49 inches this would likely put you in the top .00000001% of people in the whole world. It is obvious you are also a big fan of the Vertical Project.
Unfortunately we do actually understand the mathematics and doing more work per workout does not always equate to being able to jump higher. If so marathon and middle distance runners would also be the fastest sprinters.
These longer distance runners regularly perform many miles worth of work per training session. In the same time a 100m runner would be lucky to run even 2 miles including warm ups.
A lot of the recovery stuff in the window plan is unproven and of limited value at best. Also if you saw the number of email complaints that we got about Adenotrex, a product that Luke Lowery is still apparently promoting you would also understand why we simply do not trust the guy. We stand by the review, but none the less are as we stated at the beginning, delighted that you have apparently achieved some breathtaking results.
