Un-Reviewed Jump ProgramsThe Luke Lowery Hall of ShameThis section is a list of the programs and training equipment that are not worthy of a full review and the reason why. I recently decided to re-name it the Luke Lowery Hall of Shame because it just seemed so fitting. Jump Evolution: Any program that advertises guaranteed gains of between 16-30 inches plus a grow taller guide is quite clearly selling snake oil. Avoid this one. Athletes Vertical Resource: We have had a number of requests to review this program but the fact that it is advertising sports specific jump programs raises some serious questions about its credibility. Whilst it is a nice way to try and differentiate themselves in the market, the reality is that regadless of the sport being played, the fundamentals of jump training, are not that drastically varied as to warrant completely seperate programs. Serious Ups: If anyone has seen the videos for this program you will know it certainly is not worth the price. Normally I wouldn't encourage this sort of thing but if you are bored go to the Serious Ups website and enter your email address to get the audio and you will see what I mean.
Can You Think Of Any We Have Missed? If there are any programs that we have missed that are just too terrible to be properly reviewed please let me know. I am happy to take a look at them and add them to the list of shame. Who knows, maybe we have missed a really good one that SHOULD be reviewed. Either way if you have a suggestion please shoot me a note via the contact page.Click here to go back to the Jump Program Reviews |
