volleyball and basketball sand training

I recently started doing 30 full vert leaps a day in a sand pit.

i do 10 jumps w/out a basketball in my hands

10 with a basketball

10 with a kettle bell 10lbs.

it really is a good workout for the legs and does not tax the knee's or ankle's.

Always warm up and stretch before attempting any sand training. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
