It is kinda hard to understand what he wants you to do. I want a program that gets right to the point with the exercises, the rest you need and nutrition. The price is wayyy too much for this program and it was already stuff i knew.

I've used the program through once and I only gained 6 inches on my vertical. The program is way overpriced and the info on this site is way better than the stuff they have in TVP. I wasted $300 on that pile of crap.

VerticalJumping.com Response: Actually a 6 inch improvement is pretty good. Still you are quite correct $300 is a ridiculous amount to charge for what is essentially an EDT based cookie cutter program.

Not worth the money

You have to read over 10 hours of material that really doesn't even help that much just to see what you are suppose to do and even then you aren't sure what you're suppose to do/can't do it because of equipment, etc.

I agree - Vertical Project is terrible

I agree, its a bunch of bs. I cant believe i wasted $400 dollars on this. Dont make the same mistake. Luke Lowery is a con artist of the worst kind.
