weight vest instead of Power Jumper?

For jumping exercises you might as well use a weighted vest instead of the Power Jumper. The only difference I can see is that a weight vest affects all three joints (hip, knee, ankle) whereas the Power Jumper only works the hip and knee extension. Response: Not true.

There are a number of other differences between the two.

Firstly the power jumper provides accommodating resistance versus fixed resistance fromthe weight vest.

Secondly the power jumper weighs virtually nothing so you have lower impact on your joints. It also makes the power jumper easier to carry around in a back pack or equivalent.

And lastly, you do in fact get ankle extension with a power jumper.
