NOTES ABOUT THE VIDEOS

The weights used in the videos are purely for demonstrative purposes only. Appropriate loads should be relevant to both the individual athlete, as well as the desired strength characteristic to be developed.

If you are inexperienced with weight training (or even if you are!) these videos should not be used as a sole source of instruction. For obvious safety and ultimately, performance reasons, you really should learn the correct technique by consulting with a qualifed trainer who can watch you in action and correct any obvious flaws in your lifting style.

Currently in this section the links are to just the videos. We will be adding descriptions and pointers in due course.

Finally, we hope you enjoy this section of the site. The list here is just the beginning of all the exercises out there (we will continue to add more in the future), but we hope that what we have shown can stimulate some good ideas for your own vertical jump development.
