What development technology is used for Vertical Mastery?

This is a follow-up request, I guess, to my last post for info about the Vertical Mastery technical specs. It would also be helpful to know specifics about the customer's computer (who is having the problem) ... such as the following:

System: Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit
Computer: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T7500 @ 2.20GHz
Memory: 2GB RAM
Screen Resolution: 1440 x 900

This information may help others troubleshoot or eliminate some thoughts right offhand. If the customer doesn't know how to obtain this info, the 'System', 'Computer' and 'Memory' info can be viewed by clicking on 'System' in the Windows Control Panel. The Screen Resolution can be viewed by clicking on 'Display' (then the "Settings" tab) in the Windows Control Panel.
