Up and coming track and field coach and Verticaljumping.com contributor Joel Smith has a new blog all about jump training. As always with Joel there is some excellent articles and a few very cool videos. His single leg depth jump video over a 50 inch hurdle challenge is pretty cool.

Anyway, Joel will be adding new content on a regula basis and with his knowledge and experience as a competitive track and field athlete and coach there is going to be some excellent insights.

The new blog is http://www.just-fly-sports.com/
