How To Get Started With Your Jump Coaching

In this document you will find my contact details, details of the pre-tests you need to complete, the pre-test from you need to fill out, and also a few common questions are answered about some of the exercises in the program.

The second document you might already have, and that is the Fundamentals of Vertical Jump Training Guide. This guide contains all the essential elements you need to know about vertical jump improvement including training theory behind jump specific power development, warming up, colling down, and recovery.
