This guide contains all the essential elements you need to know about vertical jump improvement including training theory behind jump specific power development, warming up, colling down, and recovery.
If you have not read this guide before you should make sure you download your copy and read it throroughly. The recovery section in particular will help you get a lot more out of your training efforts.
