Technique Tips

Multiple Box Jumps are a favorite of mine and a staple in my workouts. The difficulty for most people is that they don't have access to the right set up to perform this exercise properly. You need fairly large boxes to make the jumps challenging enough to be effective. They are great as they are low impact yet still have quite a reactive challenge to doing them. The quicker you can land, stabilize and then leap up to the next box the better.
