Test 3: Pause jumps (EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH)

STEP 1: Stand against the wall and drop into the bottom position of your jump.

STEP 2: Hold that position for a count of 3 seconds

STEP 3: Jump as high as you can and touch the wall

STEP 4: Measure the distance between your standing reach and the top of you jump
