Best Use For Improving Vertical Jump

Plyo Lunges are an excellent exercise for improving your single leg jump. As you improve at this exercise you will notice that you will get quicker and higher when bouncing off the floor. This has a direct carry over to your jumping ability.

Technique Tips

Set yourself up in the split squat position with a low bench. Then simply bounce up and down off the floor trying to get off the ground as high and as quickly as possible.
