STEP 1: Stand next to the wall and reach as high as you can.

STEP 2: Record your standing reach

STEP 3: From the standing position jump as high as you can

STEP 4: Record the height touched at the top of your jump

STEP 5: The difference between your standing reach and the height touched at the top of your jump is your standing vertical jump
